  I was quite disappointed. The service here was terrible. I was there with a large group for a birthday party. I didn't drink so I could drive people home if needed but they charged me for my colas anyway. $3 each with mostly ice but a jug of water had no ice. Funny how that works. Since I wasn't buying any alcohol, i had to beg for all my colas or go get them myself. Used to be a time when the DD didn't pay for non-alcoholic drinks or at least that much.

  The staff and customer service there are amazing. They have great food and comfy atmosphere in there.

  Mostly great staff and great food. I spend to much time there. It would be nice to see more female customers but the establishment is great. I feel comfortable and secure

  Was there on a Saturday. Place was terribly understaffed. Ridiculously understaffed. It was probably 3/4 full and I'm pretty sure there was only one server for the entire place. We got drinks within about 10 minutes, but it was literally and hour and a half before we even saw the server again. There were so many people flagging her down, she didn't even make it close before having to turn back. They even had a security guy delivering food and bussing tables. Our server eventually made her way back, but by then, the birthday party we were there for was winding down, so we got one more drink and called it a night.
