  Beautiful location. Lovely interior design. Try to eat on patio if it's warm enough. Only had an appetizer and tea but was very good. Service was amazing.

  Disappointing experience. We have been to the Firestone many times, the service and food has, in the past, been fantastic.
  This time was different.
  The service, while polite and friendly, was slow. We ordered an appetizer to share, we were given one spoon for the appetizer, we had to ask for cutlery when our meals arrived. Our steaks were both under cooked (for me that's okay, for my wife, not so much), my lobster mashed potatoes were cold. The taste of the food was good, if a bit understated.
  When we finished our meal, the waiter just asked if we wanted our bill, no offer of dessert or coffee.
  I'm not sure what has changed from our last visit, but management needs to take close look at what's going on, the Firestone was our favorite restaurant, but this experience has definitely changed our perspective.

  One of my favourite restaurants in Lethbridge. Perhaps slightly more upscale, but there's everything from people in formal wear to people in jeans and sweatshirts dining here. The patio in the summer is fantastic!
  
  I always love to try the items on the feature menu which changes every few months. You can tell the chefs put a lot of thought and care into the dishes. The regular menu is really good too, the pomegranate chicken, duck sandwich and prime rib are some of our favourites.
  
  We have occasionally had slow service, but never bad. Highly recommend reservations (which you can do online!) as it can get quite busy during peak hours.
  
  Food is a little bit pricier, but for the quality and portion sizes always worth it. Great drink options too.

  just want to take a minute to talk about our visit to Firestone today. We arrived about 12:30, were asked if we had a preference for seating, and were promptly seated in our requested spot. Our waiter said he would be right with us and he was. This was our first Sunday brunch there. Even though the place was busy(which it always is) our waiter was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Service was great, brunch was fantastic and it was not over priced. It is always a rewarding treat to eat at Firestone. We will be going back for more Sunday brunch and if you are like me you will have to take some home with you because it is a huge portion. Thanks Firestone for never disappointing us.

  Excellent quality and service.
  Regularly visit this establishment. Never have been disappointed with the service and food quality. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are top notch.
  Recommend reservations during busy hours. Can be a little noisy however easily over-looked by the value and quality of food/service you receive.
  **Try the buffalo ginger chicken sandwich. You won't be disappointed!
