  Honkers Pub and Eatery has been a common place for our friends, family and co-workers to enjoy, and for good reason! Vicky Vanden Hoek runs on of the best restaurants in the city, without a doubt. Whether it’s for the quality of food, the great staff, and the inviting atmosphere we’re always happy to visit, or to recommend friends and acquaintances alike.
  We have hosted both large Christmas parties and dinners for small groups. We play pool here. We visit with other locals, who are also regulars because of the value they see in a business well run.
  We highly recommend Vicky, and this business to whomever we meet, and look forward to many more years of great casual dining, on the North side! Thank you, Vicky!

  I love Honkers!! The food is great and the staff amazing. I am reminded of Cheers. We visited for Happy hour last week and Prime Rib was the special and it was amazing. So our bill for Prime Rib Dinner, huge Taco Salad, 2 beer and 2 rum and coke...$56.40. Eat at Honkers

  I have been going to Honkers for years. There is always lots of food on your plate (which I like LOL) and it is always delicious and always things on the menu which you don't see all the time which is cool! PS the owner is a dynamo and gives back to the community ten fold. You need to support a giver and you get the benefit of great food at reasonable prices!!

  My wife and I ate here one cold morning early March '17 for breakfast. The waitress was very good and friendly. We ordered some delicious breakfast burritos. I just gotta warn you that if you don't like hot food, ask without the jalapeños! It was very delicious and I wish I had this place in the town I'm from. Highly highly recommend!
