  Great quality produce, good variety and selection of all kinds of food, clean store, kids get a cookie while shopping, carts are free, and friendly, helpful staff.

  Popped in today to purchase a number of items, including butter lettuce and a certain ice cream. The butter lettuce was actually $1 more than the local market who grows the lettuce. I was also really frustrated with my experience when I went to ring in the ice cream... two days prior, my husband had gone in and purchased FOUR ice cream as it was labelled at 2 for $9 (so $4.50 ea). I wanted to grab a couple more but the tag was long gone, yet it was still advertised in the flyer. I brought it to the self check out and when it rang in at the regular price, I asked the lady there. I showed her the flyer price and explained that it was JUST 2 for $9 a couple days prior (during this current flyer / sale week as today was the end of the flyer for that period). She looked at the flyer and said "No, it's not on sale" and I said again that it was just on sale for 2 for $9 etc and that it's advertised in the flyer and so on. She said in a snarky tone "It says right on there... 3 or 4pk OR ice cream OR Gelato Cups". I mentioned to her that I won't be getting them, as they're on sale elsewhere. I realize that at a clerk level, there's nothing that can be done but there is such a thing as customer service. I still had the receipt that showed the 2 for $9 ice creams that my husband had purchased just days prior yet she made no effort or care that I would be purchasing these items elsewhere. I will happily take my money to another store that cares about the customer and their questions or concerns.

  This is a good grocery store to buy your food. Some foods are well priced, while others are just ridiculous. The cashiers are always very kind and polite. One of the cashiers bagged my groceries like an professional. He got a whole basket of groceries into one of those reusable bags. I was impressed.

  The staff are very helpful and courteous. I am amazed at how helpful and nice the staff is in this store. The cashiers attend to your needs, NEVER talk over you like you don't exist and apologise if they need to discuss an issue with another cashier or clear the aisle of carts. Very impressed with their professionalism and respect for the customer. I never give 5 out of 5 because I believe there is always room for improvement, but here I made an exception. Great job by every staff member I have had to deal with!
