  I've been to this location 3 times and not ONCE have they gotten my order right!!!! Shame because it has a beautiful interior. The employees really need to learn how to proof-read!
  
  Order 1: Asked for chocolate ice cap, received regular ice cap.
  
  Order 2: Asked for chocolate chip muffin. Did not receive chocolate chip muffin, then received 2 after I complained (not such a bad thing I guess).
  
  Order 3: Asked for a 12-grain bagel, toasted with strawberry cream cheese. Received a 12-grain bagel buttered and not even cut all the way through.
  
  DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THIS LOCATION. Chances are, THEY WILL GET IT WRONG!!!!
  
  Really puts a damper on a road trip (or coffee date)!!!!!

  Have only ever used the drive thru for this place. Drive thru is usually good on time, and I have never had an issue with any of my food or drinks.
  Recently went back and had a horrible experience with sandwiches, they literally got something on all 4 wrong but we had driven out of town by that point!
